| Stock Chest Agitators are energy efficient agitators that find
application in all type of Pulp storage chests, including High
Density Towers, Mixing Chest & Machine Chest. The propeller installed on the sidewall of stock chest transfers mechanical energy to stock as it is rotating and deliver a strong jet flow of three helixes and so push all the stock in direction parallel to propeller shaft to circulate in the stock chest. It also produces a vast amount of whirlpools at the boundary of the jet flow due to flow speed gradient there. The spining and spreading of the whirlpool brings into action of more stock to circulate flow, thus producing high flow-rate and high flow efficiency. Agitator will be complete with SS Propeller, 45# shaft, CI Cone, CI Pulleys and antifriction bearings. Features: All parts in contact with stock made of stainless Steel. Highly energy efficient. Provision for adjusting the vane angle to suit specific process requirement of gentle or strong agitation. Sturdy design incorporate Bearings & Glands. Located outside, optimally designed adjustable propeller blades. Easy installation and Economic in cost. Various models are designed & manufactured as per chest volume. |
